Mortgage and Refinance Leads $1.39 Each

Aged mortgage advisor leads that are worth buying are difficult to find, because a lot of the time you are buying leads that have been sold and resold over and over.  We only sell our mortgage leads once as aged leads, and a lot of times you are the first person to buy them at all, even though they may be 30 days old or older.

So how are we selling them for only $1.39?  First, we sell a lot of them across the country.  Second, these are leads that may have been sold to someone else in real time thirty or more days ago.  Some of them haven't been called at all by anyone, some were called but never answered the phone, some answered the phone but didn't like what the other person had to say, and others may be started on the process.  

You get their full name, full address, phone number, lead ID,  loan to value, mortgage amount, loan type, property type, credit rating, birthdate, property value, and IP address, everything you need to start the sales process.  

WHO DOES WELL WITH THESE LEADS?  If you sell in multiple states or at least one large state and are willing to make a reasonable effort to call the leads until they answer the phone, then these Leads will probably work for you.     

HOW DO I GET THE LEADS?:  Most people get a weekly batch file in Excel.   If you are getting them in enough states and have a lot of people in your office, you may want to get them daily.   

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THEM?  Usually the next day, sometimes the same day, depending on the time of the day you order and how busy we are.  Depending on the demand at that particular moment, it may take a few days because we only sell each lead once but rest assured you will get your leads.  

HOW MANY LEADS ARE AVAILABLE?:  Once you give us your list of states in the form below, we will let you know how many are available each week in your states.  We can't say ahead of time until we know what states you are doing business in.  WHAT IS THE REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY?:  Once they have been sent to you there are no refunds unless we get you leads in the wrong state or that don't have contact information, etc.  We oversupply by 10% to make up for the Leads that have wrong phone numbers etc. which people tell us is more than sufficient.
